Workshop Registration Form

This form is required to register for workshops Thursday, October 23rd. It will register you and let us know who you are and which classes and time slots that you would like to sign-up for.  This form is only for workshops that you attending that night not the pre-assembled items that you are pre-ordering.  However, both types of items can be paid for directly from the using the PayPal button below. #1 Look at the posts below and decide which workshops you would like to attend.
#2 Open link to Registration Form, fill out, submit. 
#3 Use your browser's back button to navigate back to the blog
#4 Pay for all of your registered workshop AND any other pre-order item that you want.

**Remember - Registration is not complete until the form is submitted and paid for through PayPal.
